13-3 win after the US Open Played at our house!

Well the US Open is over at the famous Brunswick Zone Carolier in North Brunswick, New Jersey. By Tuesday night you would of never known the US Open was even there. Everything was back to normal, clean and ready for business.

With all that being said. Our team took advantage of the week off and rested. No practice (which isn't unusual for me) and rest those sore knees and bad backs. We did pretty well our first night back to our doubles winter season at the Blue Moon Doubles.

Tom Dolan bowled really well with a high game of 242 and a 615 scratch series. It felt good to see him back in strong form and well rested. Tom rolled his 14lbs (recently switched to 14 from 15lbs) Marvel Pearl by Storm Bowling There really might be someone about this 14lbs ball. I been considering it myself. Anyone else out there try? Drop a comment in the show comment box below.

I was able to hold my own with a high game of 214. I was able to try a new line and throttle back because Tom basicly had the game in the bag. I struck when I needed to and really had a good team win. I rolled both the Storm VG Nano and Storm Victory Road.

101.4 fever to a 265 high game.

Won last nite with 101.4 fever. It was a struggle but was able to with 10 1/2 points to 5 1/2 points. (i tied in total wood) My high game was 265 in the 2nd game. My opponent bowled a 257. It was a battle. I rolled my Storm Bowling Victory Road. My Doubles Partner Tom bowled his Storm bowling Marvel Pearl. He is still rolling solid with that ball. Here is a quick video of that ball and Tom Dolan Rolling it.

Storm Marvel Pearl a much better smelling ball IMO

Well the Smell of the New Storm Marvel Pearl is the sweet smell of Aromatherapy. Much like the original Storm Marvel (watch video here)

Well with all that Smelly Business out of the way. I just bought this ball for my Bowling Team Mate and Father for his 69th Birthday. I really hope this is the ball for him. His goal this year is to get his average up and over 200. So I am hoping this ball with get him there.

Check out the video above and click on in video banner to help a fellow bowler out. We all have to support the scene.

Virtual Gravity Nano by Storm Bowling Who's getting one? Not if you are allergic to Chocolate!

The video above is from Videoballreviews.com It seems like their site has gone on hiatus but they still crank out videos on their youtube channel. So my suggestion is if you like these video subscribe to their youtube channel.

Anyways I am looking to get my Father and bowling team mate a new bowling ball. I am leaning towards the Storm Virtual Gravity Nano Pearl I might have it drilled up for him with a 4x4x2 lay out so it will give him good length and strong back end reaction.

The Strangest thing I have to take into consideration is the SMELL of the ball. Yes the Smell. Who would ever think you would have to consider a smell as an option not to get this bowling ball. Both my Father and I are allergic to Chocolate. Yes yes we hear it all the time "oh poor you". But believe me if you knew how sick it made us you wouldn't like it either. So the Smell of the Nano Pearl is "Orange Chocolate" Ummm I know this ball is off my list because even the fake smell of Chocolate makes me ill.

I will keep ya all posted on if and when he gets this ball.

Storm Virtual Gravity Nano Pearl Bowling Ball Video

Well this isn't my own video but it is the first Video I could find of the Storm Virtual Gravity Nano Pearl. This bowling ball is a highly anticipated bowling ball.

I plan on getting one to match my Nano (click here for video) but under the conditions I am bowling on now. I might just get the Victory Road Solid. But time will tell right now. Check it out
